Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Fix Your Cloud LLC (“Fix Your Cloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information on fixyourcloud.com, the parent company marketing site.

Our products ReportIO and SpendReady each have their own product-specific privacy policies and data processing terms that apply when you use those products:

This Policy covers only fixyourcloud.com — not the products themselves.

2. What we collect on this site

The fixyourcloud.com marketing site collects a deliberately small amount of data:

  • Contact form submissions. When you submit the form at /contact, we receive your first name, last name, email address, selected topic, and your message. We may also automatically capture your IP address with the submission for abuse prevention.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard web server data such as IP address, browser type, referrer, and timestamp for routine operation, security, and performance monitoring.
  • Email when you write to us. If you email any of our published addresses (corporate@fixyourcloud.com, support@getreportio.com, support@getspendready.com), we receive the contents of that email.

We do not run any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking on fixyourcloud.com. We do not set non-essential cookies. We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. How we use what we collect

We use the information you give us to:

  • Reply to your message or inquiry
  • Route your message to the right team (product support, sales, partnerships, consulting)
  • Investigate abuse, spam, or technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use contact-form submissions for marketing or newsletters. We do not add you to any mailing list. If we want to email you about something other than your specific inquiry, we will ask first.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers who help us run this site, under contractual confidentiality obligations:
    • Vercel — hosting
    • Resend — outbound email delivery for the contact form
    • GoDaddy — domain registration and DNS
  • Legal authorities when required by valid legal process, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor if Fix Your Cloud is acquired or merged, subject to the same protections in this Policy.

5. How long we keep information

  • Contact form submissions: retained in our email inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete the record.
  • Server logs: retained for up to 30 days by our hosting provider, then deleted automatically.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, including:

  • GDPR (EU/UK) — right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  • CCPA / CPRA (California) — right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing (we do neither), and limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Other jurisdictions — similar rights may apply.

To exercise any of these rights, email corporate@fixyourcloud.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for these requests in normal circumstances.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited personal information collected on this site, including TLS in transit, access controls, and least-privilege handling. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

fixyourcloud.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact corporate@fixyourcloud.com and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Fix Your Cloud is based in the United States. By using this site, you understand that information you submit may be processed in the United States and other countries with different data protection rules than your own.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
